 The Michigan Snowshoe Center, which operates and has sole responsibility for the content of this website, will not sell or give customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information or any customer information gathered during customer ordering to any third party.

Any information gathered as a result of a customer accessing and using this site whether by browsing or in doing business with the company will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Monitoring site/webpage traffic
• Monitoring demographic information
• Compiling a customer database for future informational/promotional mailings
• Completing any business transaction between the customer and Michigan Snowshoe Center
• Contacting a customer in the case of questions.

The Michigan Snowshoe Center does compile an email list and physical address list for broadcast/bulk mailings of informational and promotional materials that are, from time-to-time sent out. Customers who receive such mailings and who no longer wish to receive information from the Michigan Snowshoe Center or its affiliated companies can respond to the mailing with the word "Remove" in the subject line and they will be removed from the mailing list within 24 hours or they may call 1-866-275-0300 during normal business hours and ask to be removed.

Customer information is kept on private computers, accessible only to the company.
